Astoreth
A Palestinian and Philistine horned goddess of love, fertility, and battle. She was worshipped in ancient times (from circa 1200 B.C. until 200 B.C.) in the Palestine coastal region, including Jerusalem. She is identified with the goddesses Astarte and Ishtar.
